Circle Theatre will be extending our intermission through the summer and will not be opening for the 2020 calendar year. Many of our patrons have already been notified of this news and we are continuing to reach out. Ticket Holders should check their emails for further information.

While this difficult decision breaks our hearts, there is a way you can help!

Would you consider donating to Circle Theatre? These challenging times have left Circle Theatre with the task of raising $200,000 to cover our ongoing costs. We know these are hard times and your support means everything to us. Steelcase has generously offered a dollar-for-dollar match for the first $10,000 donated, which could double the value of your donation.

While you may not be able to say, “break a leg” to your favorite performers this summer, follow us on social media for some exciting news regarding our 2021 season!

As a non-profit organization all ticket sales are considered donations. Refunds directly affect our ability to provide our services to the community, that is why we offer exchanges on tickets for future performances. After the date of your performance has passed, ticket exchanges are not guaranteed. Additionally, we do not guarantee exchanges if you miss or are late to a performance.

During our 2020 Season Intermission we have offered ALL 2020 Season Patrons who have tickets the opportunity to donate their tickets back to Circle in an effort to support us financially during this unprecedented time. Patrons were also given the option to hold their 2020 tickets for use in 2021. Patrons that we did not hear back from by June 15th, 2020 automatically had their tickets held for use in our 2021 Season. If a refund is required out of financial necessity, it must be requested BEFORE the performance date listed on your ticket(s), as we are unable to honor refunds after the original scheduled date. Refund requests for non-redeemed 2020 Flex Passes and Concert Bundles must be requested NO LATER than July 18th, 2020. Please contact for more information.

Auditions for American Graffiti In Concert will take place at a later date. Please check back with us on and on social media for future dates.

If you are not feeling well please stay home, take care of yourself, and contact your STAGE MANAGER if you need to miss a rehearsal. Your DIRECTOR and STAGE MANAGER will move forward accordingly.
